Do I need a log in to purchase from this website?

No, a login is only required for trade customers purchasing on a regular basis.

Are you able to help to identify the hardware I require?

Yes, please email us clear images of what you require & we will contact you with a web catalogue link of the same item or a suitable alternative. We may sometimes contact you to get more information.

Can I call you to describe hardware I require?

No, we cannot advise accurately over the phone to supply hardware we cannot see. Please email us a photo.

Can you advise colour from an emailed image?

No, some powder coat finish colours are very similar to others and colours when viewed on computer monitors are often not a true representation of the actual colour required. Colour swatches & colour charts can be obtained from Dulux Powder Coatings NZ - http://www.duluxpowdercoatings.co.nz/products/duralloy-2/ or Send us a sample of the item you require and let us advise the correct colour.

Are you able to recommend a repairer for my aluminium joinery?

No, however we can put you in touch with a tradesperson in your area.

Why is my window handle fitted to the RHS side of my window a LH handle?

Because the window handle is handed not where it is installed. A window handle pointing to the right in the closed position is a RH handle. See our Window Handles section to make your choice easier.
